Portion Control is an important tool not just to lose weight. While losing weight and maintaining a healthy weight is critical, not only when you’re young, but as you age. Good Eating habits, healthy eating habits when learned while youg, keeps your body funtioning better as you get older.
You will find that your chances for diabetes decreases dramatically, you will have better heart health less chance of experiencing the many diseases like cancer, better digestion and eating properly will last a lifetime and it’s a great education to give your child.
Portion control allows you to eat…not overeat. Too much of anything is not good. If that is correct then the same applies to your eating right? When you combine these 4 disciplines you not only eat better eat more mindfully, but you become more mindful about the other things that affect your life

DRS… Diet Rite System… Dedication Resolve Success. is a small group. We are not experts, but we feel many of the people who call themselves experts are not either. What we are is this: We are just like you. We work raise families etc. BUT WE BELIEVE! We believe sincerely in what we are doing. In fact, me personally, If I were to win the lotterly, I would still continue to do this. If DRS sold a million shirts *which would be nice) I would still continue to do this.
The more I write the better I get at these disciplines the better I feel. The more I write, the more I understand myself how important, the many benefits of the 4 disciplines it’s great. If DRS never sold a shirt (which would suck) I would still continue to write.
