Eat Slowly and Remove Stress

Stress is a silent killer. Stress is related to almost all chronic pain issues you experience. We are a society that is contantly under stress in one form or another. We talk about your system being one interconnected operation. However, if you stress any part of the system it will affect all the other systems that are working in harmony. Remember Stress affects your physical, mental, emotional, spiritual health.

Knowing this, it is important to remember when we begin to attack stress, it begins to relive other parts of your system. However because there are so many “Experts” babbling about one part of the system and not realizing it’s all connected, we begin to believe each system operates independently. The creator  is far more wise than that.

It’s important to remember the One. To understand the One is to understand yourself. To honor the One is to honor yourself. The best way to honor yourself is to take care of yourself., to treat yourself well. To eat well. Eating, believe it or not is where it begins.

Would you put leaded gas or diesel fuel into your unleaded car? NO You must treat yourself better than you treat other objects that you feel is important to your well being. Without your health what do you have? What good  is all the other “things” without your health to enjoy them, to enjoy the fruits of your hard work.

We will talk about all the other systems as well. We will address diabetes, heart disease Inflammation muscle and joint pains also. This is all  part of the One System. but first you must understand that it begins with what and how you eat.

Creating the proper environment for your meals is as important as creating a good home to live in, a nice car to drive etc. Those that create stress may not be aware that when you stress any part of the system, you stress the entire system,  till you have a system crash. Your objective is to prevent that. No matter how calm you think you are, no matter how you try to convince yourself you can handle the stress. Your entire system is under stress under attack.
