Healthy Eating Tip for the Holidays

Healthy Eating advice is something we all need, not just now but all the time. Healthy eating is something we need to do… not practice, but actually do all year long. However, it is especially important during the holidays. We are under so much stress all year. Covid Flue every other day a new virus is announced on the news.

This is a time to try to forget about all the craziness and relax. We’re under so much stress, we need a moment to step back relax and take a breath. It is well earned and deserved. However, the idea is to indulge, do not over indulge, that is how regrets happen.
