Healthy Eating Tip Portion Control

Eating Slowly, Eating Mindfully, Smaller Healthier Portions is the key. These are part of the six principles of DRS. These prindiples inproves your health, improves your digestion, improves you immune system thus improves your life and lifestyle.

Portion Control is also important because people unintentionally consume more calories when faced with larger portions. This can mean significant excess calorie intake, especially when eating high-calorie foods. This is true. I work in healthcare and they give you the poorest foods to eat. unbelievable but true. I don’t believe it’s intentional because the people are very nice, very caring. so why?

It’s a learned behavior. In your desire to be nice and appreciative, you do more harm than you are aware  like giving a child unhealthy candy as a reward for being good. It’s incredible. That’s why reminding yourself to practice the six principles are important because the attack on your system is so continuous both intentionally by food manufactures creating and selling unhealthy foods as part of their job and unintentinallyby you just wanting to be nice and appreciative.
